BSA Agritech approached us with a fully-fledged website plan, complete with copy and structure planned out. This made it a smooth process when designing the website as we could design for the exact text that would be displayed on the site. They had a logo prepared and asked for a website that integrated smoothly with their logo’s set style and existing branding.

BSA Agritech specialises in smart farming and agriculture solutions such as rumen monitoring, machinery, asset tracking, IoT consultancy services, and more. The brand prides itself on empowering farmers with cutting-edge IoT applications.
The design
The website features 4 pages: home, solutions, about, and contact. A focus on user-centric design meant a consistent aesthetic across each page, ensuring a seamless and visually cohesive user experience. We used headers with image backgrounds to break up the information and assign a hierarchy to the information presented, complete with CTAs to help guide the user around the site.
As ease of use was our main goal for this website, it was important for us to create bold and clear headings with accent subheadings to provide additional information. This way, the user can skim through the website to the information most relevant to them.
Why it works
The main goal of this website design was to encourage the target audience to connect visually and emotionally with the site. The target audience for BSA Agritech is farmers and agriculture workers, so we determined that the priorities for the site design should be easy navigation, clear content, and feature imagery of livestock.
By using a limited font and colour palette and using strategic imagery across the site, we created an agriculture website design that appeals to the target audience and supports the brand and its values.
